Just finished measuring and testing some of Derbyworx new RS s. Total indicated run out was less than .0003 at all surfaces. Did some test runs with them on Digger and they look very promising! Stay tuned for a full report next month. Good luck to all in December and Happy Holidays!!

Goodmorning, Just weighed the RS wheels from Derbyworx. The weigh between 1.7-1.8 grams. The finish is nice and smooth and the demensions are as close to perfect as you could get ( what we call a dead neadle ) basicaly no movement from a dial gauge with .0005 resolution. As I said earlier, we'll have test results on them soon, hopefuly before the first of the year. Good luck and happy holidays! Warp Speed Inc

Thanks for the kind words Jay. We have been developing these wheels for almost 1 year and are very happy with the design and the results. The inner "Anti-Friction Strip" is unique and pat. pend to our design. This strip will limit the contact area of the wheel with the guide strip to a .002" or .0002 sq. inches, unlike other razor or open class wheels that are flat on both side, the contact area is .250" or .108 sq. inches where the wheel touches the track. This reduces friction tremendously at point of contact. This "Anti-Friction Strip" adds a little additional weight to the wheel, it works out to less than .1 gram per wheel over some the lightest stuff we have seen, but the performance gains WAY out weigh it. We will be having some interestion wheel info on the site soon, stay tuned. Racer X www.derbyworx.com
