For next season, December '06 - April '07, I would really like to add a paint booth type station at my workshops. This year I am doing 15 normal workshops, 3 special workshops, and one class through the community education system. www.skypoint.com/~kalsowwp/2006pwdws.htmlI am looking for something that can be "stored" in th back of the pickup along with the other equipment and carried into the building and easily set up each week. I am thinking of a 2 ft x 2 ft x 2 ft space with 4 of these on a 4 ft x 4ft table top. I am thinking of having folding walls with replaceable clear 3 to 4 mil plastic for the top and front flaps. I am wondering about the types of paints. . . and the method of applying it. I think an ultimate system would be to have an airbrush for each booth with a selection of a few primary colors. I am looking for lots of advice, preferably good, in regards to air brush painting and tool selection. :-) With the air brushes could I use a shop-vac to pull the air through the system? Should I vent from the top or the bottom? How about a drying booth with a couple of IR lamps?
