Angle to the underside?

About to start the cutting on the car and was wondering if putting an angle to the underside of the front end helps with speed off the start? Or does it hurt with aerodynamics?

I believe the races will be run on an aluminum track with electric starter.

Only on slow dropped manual tracks. We had 2 boys in the pack do that last year, and it didn't really affect the speed, at pack level or district level.

Thanks, from looking at the photo's of the cars, it does not look like to many folks go that direction either.
