What more needs to be done to them? I already have some polishing cloth down to 1 micron left over from last year, and I bought your axle cutter/polish.
Where do I start on these axles: 9 micron, 3 micron, etc.? Also, at what stage do I use your cutter and the polish? Do I need anything like Mothers' Mag wheel polish after all this?

Sorry for the delay, things are almost "out of hand" around here this month. I would polish them as far as you want with fine sandpaper, I like going up to around 3000 grit. The axle cutter, and polish is amazing. Follow the instructions that come with it, and youll be very, very happy. You wont believe how much tarnish comes off of an axle when you use this stuff. Just make sure to use a seperate cloth for the cutter, and final polish. The cloth will be black when your done. The last step is to polish with a clean cloth to remove any residue. The final polish (white stuff) seals any scratches in your axles.
