Hey all just joined. wanted to know about the heavy duty cardboard track ive seen for sale. any good for a fun track.

You could buy a sheet of 1/4" plywood and make your own for near to the same money and it would be alot more durable. You might even get the lumber yard to cut the wood for you.

For that matter you could buy 3 sheets of 12 ft soffitt flip it and you have a 3 lane test track. Construct a gate out of scrap lumber PVC pipe and a rubber band all for around $30.00 That is unless you are serious like the guys around here and then you'll shell out about $1000.00

smokin you are pretty close after about 12hrs of assembly and small modification with a timer.. a little over $1200.00 ;D ;D ;D but I would say well worth it...
