What do you guys think of this..............If I was to put a heavy washer on the inner cavity of a wheel. Gluing it to the inside of the wheel around the outside of the hub. Would that help momentum speed? ;D
Any thoughts? I don't have a test track yet, tiger is just starting out!

It would slow you down a lot.
The lighter the wheel the faster the car ;D

Do not add washers to the inside of your wheels. You want to maximize the amount of weight you add to the rear of the car. And low. That is why Derby Worx manufactures various lathed out wheels all the way down to 1 grams. Reduce the wheel weight(if your pack rules allow) and increase the rear body weight. steepslope

Just fill it full of Bondo! No really the lighter the wheels the quicker it will come up to speed on the slope. By the time your car gets going the other cars will be halfway down the flat. You won't be able to make that gap up in 42 feet. Make your wheels as lite as your rules allow.
