When using the tool...... Is my goal to true each wheel individually or....am I trying to true the set of 4 to all match each other?
I started thinking I was truing the entire set to match but that seriously required a lot of work... Once I set the blade on the largest most out of round wheel, made the cut, then I'd go through the other 3...then back to #1, make a cut, then remaining 3, etc. Very tedious I felt.
If I didn't worry about the matched set and just trued each wheel to the best I could get it, then move to #2, etc., it went tons faster.
Not sure if there is anything to be gained by trying to match the entire set to the same size/true.
Thanks in Advance.

You want all the wheels touching the track to match in size. (only 3 for a Rail Rider.)
It really does not take that long once you get the hang of it, of course I use the tool a ton, but i can do a set of 4 in around 15 mins and get them all with in .0005". Now thats pretty quick but good race parts take a little time to do correctly so ask yourself: "do you want to do your best and win or do you want to get it done as quiclky as possiable?"

There's another thread where complete directions are given for the Wheel Lathe. You really do want the set to match, you'll get better race results.
