Ok I have a question. Fairly new to PWD. Done just 1 year. Our pack council rules state that all 4 wheels must come in contact with the track. So i cannot elevate the 1 wheel. Last year I Used the pro rail rider tool and bent all the axles 1.5. Installed in original precut slots. This year I want to use the pro body tool to extend my wheel base. Is there an issue with bending the axles 1.5 and using the pro body tool or is that a major no-no? Thanks

I'mfairly new as well. Is there much benefit to using the rail rider if all 4 wheels are on the ground?

Rail Riding works as well with a 4 wheel's touching car as well as a 3 wheeler.
You will still use one wheel as your dominant / steer wheel and the other wheel is just kind of along for the ride. Try to make it kind of just dangle with on load on the hub bore from the axle when static. Try a 2.5 + camber on the dominant wheel and a 2.5- camber on the opposing wheel.

Good Racing Racer X old post - but 100% concur with Racer X. it it can be tricky to adjust steer and keep the 4th wheel just barely touching. I usually end up with somewhat of a compromise between nominal steer and weight on 4th wheel.

I agree. Those two front wheels fight each other if you have a DOM canted wheel with drift on one side and a straight running wheel (just touching) on the other side.
I think Sporty was good at this. I am not very good at this practice! However, it can be done!
