I have all of the Derby worx tools. We used the pro body jig, pro axle press and pro rail rider tool on my wife's car. With the mark at 12 o'clock, I roll the car forward and the wheels move in toward the car. If I roll it backwards, the wheels move out toward the axle heads. I turn the axle head slightly forward multiple times and it makes no difference. I turn the axle heads backwards and it doesn't seam to make any difference. The wheels are gaped at .030". I don't know how to get the wheels to move out to the axle heads. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If the wheels move inward towards the body when rolling forward, the car has too much toe in and they need to be rotated towards the rear of the car. Turning them forward more will only make it more toe in. It sounds like you have the axles rolled forward a bit too far so rotate the axles rearward until they stay out going forward, then if they go inward in reverse reverse the process.
Q: Is this only on your wifes car?

Looking closely at the the axle it was apparent that the axle on the right side was not square with the block. I don't know how this got messed up. I had to bend the axle to get it correct. Now the wheels move out from the car.
My son's car has a straight alignment. If my wife's car ran faster on my test track I was going to consider turning his into a rail rider.
