I'm new to the forum, but have been building cars with my boys for 5 or 6 years. We researched the internet to find and use the best methods. We have been consistently successful every year with them typically taking first in their age group and top 3 overall. The problem is that we have caused the bar to raise every year. This year to get an edge, we would like to use tungsten cubes. My question to all you pros out there is how do you precision cut the cavities to install the cubes. Thanks!

That's helpful, thanks! Do you fill in and cover the weights or leave them exposed?

That's helpful, thanks! Do you fill in and cover the weights or leave them exposed? I think you should fill in any empty spots with balsa and then cover the entire area with tape or something..... but sometimes I just leave it the way I show it with no covering. Most other racers would cover it up.
