The positive cambered front right wheel is the DFW on my rail rider. I checked alignment for the negative camber rear wheels before adjusted teh DFW angle and noticed the left rear wheel moved towards the axle head when going forward but the right rear wheel did not. The car would track straight, though. Both axles have the same negative camber. What gives? I feel like just giving an extra bit of length on the right side axle to minimize the wheel from contacting the body and call it a day.

If both rear axles have the same neg camber as you say but the rt rear wheel doesn't migrate out when moving forward, the axle must not be perpendicular to the car body. It must be angled forward thus pushing it to the body. If it migrates out going backwards then you can be sure it is angled forward. Don't give it more gap, fix it.
