IF ANYONE COULD OFFER SOME GUIDANCE ,EVEN IF ITS VAGUE IN REGARDS TO WHAT AXLE/HUB CLEARANCE WORKS BEST W/NYOIL II I'D GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.

Do you mean hub/body clearance? Not much you can do about axle/hub clearance.
Less is better to a point and it depends on how you align the car.

I WAS REFERRING TO AXLE \ HUB CLEARANCE, I MADE SOME AXLES AND RAN THEM WITH NY-OIL USING .004" - .005" CLEARANCE AND WAS DISAPPOINTED W/RESULTS . I THEN MADE A SET W/.007"-.008" CLEARANCE AND IMPROVED MY AVERAGE BY ABOUT .032 SECONDS SO I THINK I PROBABLY ANSWERED MY OWN QUESTION BUT WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAD SIMILAR RESULTS?
