I was thinking about making the wheel bore smaller with some sort of epoxy. and boring it out to the size i need to fit. has anyone done this and if so what did thy find out? ? epoxy. type ? size to bore ? will it hold up

I'D USE A 3/32 ROD OF DELRIN RATHER THAN EPOXY THE WHEEL BORES.

Yep, I routinely use epoxy for making small wheel bores. Use fresh 5-min type Need a jig holding a shiny polished shaft central to the bore hole The epoxy sets up a lot harder than polystyrene or delrin ad will take either graphite or oil Let me have your e-mail and I'll send you some pdf info Doc Jobe
