I'm new to this, so this may be a dumb question, but what are "RA" wheels?

RA is short for "Royal Ambassadors". It is a church-based club similar to Boy Scouts. They hold a pinewood derby but use a different kit.
The official supplier is:
RA Racers P.O. Box 67 DeSoto, TX 75123 Phone: 866-244-7900 Fax: 972-296-0821
The official track supplier to Royal Ambassadors is:
Make Tracks/Royal Racers 192 Lovejoy Rd. Sparta, TN 38583 Phone: 931-935-8201
Make Tracks also sells kits (they used to be the official supplier), and actually, there wheels are better than those sold by RA Racers. But whether they would be legal for your race, I don't know.
