yeh, but what does he know about racing....... oh heck, that's OUR Warp... sorry....
What's funny is now we're all gonna be bidding against one another... I'm picturing a bunch of us standing at the dessert table when the chocolate cake shows up and we all dive at it at the same time..... what a mess..... but funny.

Too much time and effort to make a set, with a manual lathe, to make any profit. Making a fast set of wheels is part of the challenge. I just received some new tooling for my lathe. There will be new wheels on my stockers this month. ;D
Now if I upgrade to a CNC . . . . .

Congrats on that auction Warp!!!!!! Typical E-bay hacks running the price up,but for good for you.I sure would love to try out a set of those wheels!!! Let me know if you start selling them. That guy that won the auction is building up quite a collection of cars,he has bought numerous cars from Fast cars 427 a builder, and many parts from other vendors. Sounds like a real enthusiast

Those wheels are I'm sure worth every penny. Evidently, the guy who won has also bought several of Derby Master's cars. I bet his home track is Smokin'.

I've noticed a few of the ebay buyers purchase multiple cars. I wonder what they do with them all. Money doesn't seem to hinder them at all.

I've noticed a few of the ebay buyers purchase multiple cars. I wonder what they do with them all. Money doesn't seem to hinder them at all. That's easy...their Son is going to "WIN" their Pinewood derby this year. Bottom line: No kid ever won the Pinewood derby when their Dad Made 100% of the car. I recommend the father and son each make a car side by side. Even if you use a mixture of the components the kid is involved and learning. This also helps the team by learning from the mistakes you make on the Dad's car. Most kids never get to even touch a car. They might get to put a sticker on it.

I got a set of these wheels in large part to look at them up close and compare to what we make. In a word - NICE. Kinda makes me feel ham-handed. I had a few questions about the hubs/bores and got ideas from him that never would have occurred to me. Maybe this rave review should go in the vendor section but he turns out a primo product.
