Hi everyone,
I just happened along your site and there is a lot of good stuff in here. Thanks!
To start off, I have one question. Our council just released rules that affect where I was going to place my axles (our pack has no rules regarding this). To make a long story short, the body is already cut out and with the new wheelbase @ the standard 4 3/8, it is leaving me with a lot of overhang in the rear. I want to keep the car as low as possible (3/8), but I am worried about the rear hitting the track @ the transition. Aside from chamfering the bottom my other option would be to shorten it.
Is there any distance from the rear axle to the rear of the car that I should stay within?
Thanks, ruff

You should have no more that 5/8" from rear axle to the rear of the car. Cut it then lengthen the front to maintain your 7" overall length

Okay, another question, if you move the wheelbase closer to the rear, so the front is longer. Will that decrease "wobble" on the track?
