I have just posted the initial revision of PwdRacing's Guiding Principles. Here is the Link: www.pwdracing.com/PwdRacingGP_rev1.htmlThis covers much of the basic information about what we are doing. Hosted Event Registration will be via e-mail initially. Use the middle icon on the left. Once YOU have gotten in touch with us, we will reply with the information that is needed from you and the shipping information. Thanks and lets have fun at the races!

Mr. Slick and I had a chance to get together Yesterday at his church (where the races will be held) and set up the Best Track for some testing and tuning and checking out a few other things to make the races smooth. The activity room at his church is going to be a great place to host the races -there are two big projection screens for displaying the races. Computer hookups for sending info. quickly to the internet for the proxy races. Plenty of room. The track tested out really well - a couple cars had standard deviations of .002 over 6 runs. Heres a couple photos from yesterday. It looks like the January Race will be held on the Best Track. Mr. Slick is likely going to have his old 64' aluminum track setup for those that would like to see what kind of times can be set on that track as well. If you would like your cars runs on both tracks just let us know.

Sure is. We had to test the video system and it seemed like a theme that worked . . . I don't think that Warthog had seen it yet.
Nice background for working on a track set for an afternoon!

Is that "Down and Derby" on the screen? Today at 12:18am, Mr. Slick wrote:___________________________________________________Sure is. Phil, If your talking about registration you can go to pwdracing.com and there is a link to it. Bob, I thought they had tried the live broadcasting or the videoing of the races, so being nosey, I was going to look at it. As usual, I probably misunderstood. Thanks Phil

Sorry Phil,
We tested a few things out but there is nothing available on the net yet. We are hoping to have some nice setups with whats available to us at the race location.

One question. On hot rod rule #6 6. The body must have at least a 1"x1" area that is as high as the stock block (1.75") (the idea is give some style and not a wedge) Stock BSA blocks are 1 3/8". Any thoughts? Don't know if I will make Jan race but I will try to make a couple. Bob

We would love to have you join in Bob! I think the 1.75" is with the wheels on. I could measure. I think it was originally in reference to a 1x1" area the height of the standard block. If you don't have any new ones ready you could always send one of the previous years cars.

The results are a little hard to follow. Hopefully, they will be more user friendly. I realize that there was rush to get them posted. Great job to all. Looks like there were some really fast times!

The results are a little hard to follow. Hopefully, they will be more user friendly. I realize that there was rush to get them posted. Great job to all. Looks like there were some really fast times! I would say that part of the problem there was my fault - I am a newbie to the race software and we could of had it set up better pror to the race. We should of had the groups listed by Division instead of Pack or Den. Also we want to get it set up so that the Builder Name would appear instead of the racers' name. All can be fixed for next time. Once familiar with the way the results are posted it should be pretty easy to find what your looking for - If you are looking for placement in each division - check out the "Division Name" Standings If your looking for individual car performance - check out individual car stats (there is a page changer at the bottom- click "Next" for the next page). If you want information on the individual heats - check out the "Heat Results" - Heat number is in the left hand column (again look for the Next at page bottom - to change the page). The info is also easily copied into a spreadsheet so that anyone can sort it any way that they wish. Any suggestions - please let us know - we aim to please.
