Hi Pete, good to see you're still around. I'm surprised you didn't see the car when we were in Jersey. This car is going to be sent to Nascar 'cause all it does is turn left! Don't know about you, but after the Jersey race, the "gloves are comin' off" . If Toyota has a race next year, sub-3 times are gonna be the norm. Seeing what the Jersey Boys had, and how the rules were changed after the district events, it's time to play hard-ball. Also, don't know if you saw, I had two cars with me that I challenged the winner with. He was pretty arrogant about his win and thought he was invincable. Beat him twice with both cars ;D. Since then, I've built a test track (23') with a timer, and plan on using it to the fullest. There's no way these guys are gonna make it a repeat, but Toyota best get their act together with the rules. Issue rules at the beginning, and stick with them through the end!. I'm also gonna be doing some Proxy races to sort out a new car prior to next year's district events Gonna send you a pm Lee

I don't mean to sound like I'm trash-talking the three fellows from N.J., as they obviously knew what to do with their cars (rumor was that their dealership provided them with a track, too). All the rest of us were first timers (myself included) and we all had won our district events prior to the regional finals, so we all took the loss with a grain of salt. Since January of this year, I've learned so much from you veterans that it may be embarassing at next years district races, provided that Toyota does it again. I've already told the guys at my shop that I'll have a couple of seminars to show them how to build a competitive car, and I'll bring in my test track so they can get an idea of how their cars are aligned, but that means I may have to keep a couple of things to myself . And yes, the N.J. fellow are aware of me now, and will no doubt plan accordingly Lee
