I hope that this entry will be just a little bit faster than the last. It treated me pretty well at our open class race on May 8. I named it "Odyssey", it is a long & difficult journey to the top 5 at W.I.R.L.! A lot of first class builders competing!!! Good luck to all in May!

Mike,
Did you realize that your "Mean Streak" beat my "Thin Mint" by .001 seconds in Heat... 2, I think in April...so this one is faster? Sigh...

Mike, Did you realize that your "Mean Streak" beat my "Thin Mint" by .001 seconds in Heat... 2, I think in April...so this one is faster? Sigh... I saw that. Can't get much closer than that!!! It is a bit faster that Mean Streak, but from testing, it's more consistent. Mean Streak went from 3.166 to 3.204(still can't figure that one out!). Like I said in an earlier post, every time I get a little bit faster, so does the rest of the pack!!!

your recent cars look to clean for Graphite... what's under the hood?

your recent cars look to clean for Graphite... what's under the hood? I use graphite exclusively. I did wipe this car down before taking the picture. I have tried Nye Oil II on 3 different occasions, but must've applied it wrong because I couldn't get it to perform better than graphite. I did purchase a can of Elmer's slide-all, but haven't tested it yet. So for me, it's graphite for now.
