www.pwdracing.com is known for having "specialty races" such as the " Big Rig" and " Old School". Well, it's time for a new one, " Pick-Up Trucks". As of right now the race looks like it will be held in November, this gives everyone time to buy and build a " Pick-Up Truck" for the race. The kits are really cool looking and should prove to be a lot of fun to build. If anyone is interested in getting involved in this event or any other PWDRacing event please check out www.pwdracing.com. Here is a link to the "Pick-Up Truck" race thread with info on purchasing them pwdracing.proboards91.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=specialty&thread=505&page=1Lucky 13Also for those who are interested, "Big Rig" and "Old School" kits are still available for purchase at www.pwdracing.com

Lucky 13,
We are interested in entering a vehicle for the "Pick-Up Truck" race in November. Is the race limited to kits being purchased from the web site or may we enter our 1939 Chevy pick-up?

Tom Firenze Derby Sportscars Tom, Good to hear from you, we haven't spoke since Lima !! I hope things are going good for you. The kits that Warren has for sale or that can be purchased directly from Beta-Crafts must be used for the race. Can you post a picture of the trucks you build ? They may qualify for the Hot-Rod 66 division at PWDRacing, if you are interested in running in that division ? Lucky 13

Lucky 13,
We are looking forward to making the Lima event this year! I hope all is well for you. With luck four new distictive car designs that are currently being fabricated will be racing at Lima. As far as the truck, I will attempt to post pictures in the near future. For the Hot-Rod 66 is there a height restriction?
