My Pack bought a new Best Track Aluminum track, model# 442, this year and we are having problems attaching the Fast Track K2 Timer from a previously co-owned track. I need some suggestions, recommendations and how to's to get this done as our Pack race is this coming Saturday, March 17th. The track does not have any attaching points, although the holes for the timer lights have been predrilled, I do not see any way to attach the Timer itself. Please advise.
Thanks in advance.

Best track should have drilled the holes if you specified to them you would be using a micro wizard fast track timer...
Contact best track and see if they can send a plate to bolt the timer to the track...
Then again is your timer built for a best track... Micro wizard does build to certain track specs...

First thing, thanks for responding scooter. According to our Cub Master, upon ordering this new track he specified that we had this K2 Fast Track Timer. It may be possible that Best Track just failed to supply the required brackets.
Thanks,

Just got an e-mail from one of the Den Leaders who has just told me that the model of the Fast Track Timer is not a K2, but rather a P2. Although, I am unclear if this will make any difference on the installation of the Timer itself to our new track I would appreciate it if anyone could provide any ideas on how to physically install the timer.
Thanks,
HogWild

The bolts slide into the track like the way you attach the angles when assembling the track. Once the bolts are there you mave them to where the timer needs to attach and attach timer with the bolts.

Thanks to everyone that responded. I ran with the instructions that Mr. Slick provided the link to and spoke with Keith at Best Track and got the timer installed late last night. Situation resolved!! When I first saw the track and the timer together I was looking for attaching points and when I did not see anything I worried that something may be missing or that the track was not compatible with the timer that we had.
Thanks again for your help!
