No offense, but he is trying to copy Racer X's tool and if I am not mistaken he has a patent on it so I would bet he is not going to try to sell it. Besides it isn't adjustable like the Pro Wheel Shaver.

you could be correct.
Not to toss a stone into the pond. However, My cousin works in records in washington (patent records offcie).
So many people and companies everday go through other's patents and refile a new one worded different and offer a different design.
To me, it sounds like from him. That patents are a nightmare, if they are not worded rock solid or what the patent is actually on then it's a potential loop hole.
Is the patent on a design ? the name ? what it does ?
Not trying to create a hot topic or debate. Just pointing out the hassles of a patent.
Most patents have a patent number, you can go to a website and read the actual wording and lingo of the patent.
