Whats the best way to get the mold marks of the BSA wheels? Also is it really necessary? I have read to use like 600 grit sand paper then go to a much finer grade to smooth them. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

The Pro Wheel Shaver XT will do a far better job of removing the mold bump and making the wheels round. Just sanding them will leave the wheels out-of-round.

With a little practice, the pro wheel mandrell can work well also for you. As a low cost investment, it can certainly be a improvement over not removing the mold mark.
We have certainly won races with just prepping the wheels with the pro wheel mandrell.
a little practice and patience and you have a improved wheel.
