This is an excerpt from one of his ads;
"As you can see, I do not cut corners. I produce an outstanding product. All of my cars are speed demons, and this Glossy ORANGE SINGLE-HOLED SLIMLINE is no exception! This beauty is a real rocket. After building over 650 cars, I know the body styles that outperform others. Removing wood mass is key , but many sellers remove too much with their huge rectangular holes and the cars lose stability. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful and very fast car!"
He is really trying to sell some cars!

650 cars!!!!!!!!! That's a lot of car building. That is 5.5 cars per month over a 10 year period! I wonder if he sold all of them? 650 cars at $150.00 per car is $97,500.00! Although at Warps bargain price of $4500.00 per car that comes to $2,925,000.00!! or $292,500.00/yr.!!

well in defense of the teacher. ebay is a store. smart store owners try to positively advertize their productions. he is making cars he wishes for people to buy, so of course a positive advertizing spin is pretty intelligent to use. is it his fault people will pay the money for his prebuilt ready to race cars, or is it the buyers who short cut an experience with their son or daughter that is worse? cant blame a guy for wanting to make a buck. how many here have bought bottled water? you pay what $1.00 - $4.00 dollars or so for what? WATER[/i]. free enterprize.

The Physics Teacher is good at marketing his product, no doubt. He's trying to sell cars at the highest price he can; it's a principle that makes our country great.
On the other side of that coin, each pack is certainly within its rights to rule against purchased cars, and I certainly believe it should be a BSA by law.

again it is Free Will. he cant force you to buy a car. it is the purchaser you really have issues with not the seller. guns don't kill people, the people that buy them do.
