Hey all. Today was the big day. This race started at 9:00am we got home after 4:30. Took al lot of pic's & will post several. "Sappster 01" Second Place in the 10oz open. Ran on RSN needles. Thanks Racer X for all of the tools & tips. Your wheels are Supreme! The car that won first was a good friend of mine- won by a nose!!! thanks derbydoc.com for the parts and flames- you're awesome man! "Saske 03" finished 5th place out of 400+ scout race- allowed light BSA wheels. According to the MC at the race- the delta between the top car and the 10th car was .004 of an aggregate time of 4 runs on a 42' best. I tell you the truth: Every race in the top 6 was a photo finish- the naked eye could not tell. Here's the hardware: And finally: Sappington & Son Additional thanks to: All of the PWD & WIRL Regulars. Will See you guys at the next race

Very nice!
Cool that they have a "grown up" division.
Looks like you both had an excellent time (and performance!).
Regards,
Bubba

Great Job TEAM SAPPSTER!!!! Great to hear the needle axles held up for the 10oz. race. I was sure the RSN set-up would work and be very fast, but you never know what kind of damage will occur in the stopping section with a car that heavy and a track that long. Looks like a good day was had by all, but I am having trouble telling who is the happiest!!! ;D Racer X
