i think that maybe you as well as WIRL need to take the human factor out of the mix with the starting of the races and add in a solenoid type of start so that the is no question as to that part of the equation.
Anyone else have some insite?

It appears you have serious inconsistancy in either the car , your track , or your timer. Six run average is 3.063 with a variance of .029. On my track I would expect no more than .003 variance in 6 runs. You might want to check your micro switch.

April - 3 - 2006 All I am trying to do is see if other tracks can run the same times as other 42' Best Tracks set at the same measurements. I think there pretty close. Judging from the April times ran by your car, it appears your track is .03-.04 faster than WIRL's. It is all but impossible to get two separate tracks / timers to read exact. But if both tracks are set up consistently month to month, that .03 difference should remain a constant to build from. Within a few of thou anyway. Warp Speed

A1nogoslo, There is one way to settle this...come to a live race and stage your cars yourself. That way you have total control of your cars to see how they run. June - Plymouth IN July - Atlanta GA September - Lima OH ;D ;D ;D
