Mike, Maybe if we can make this it will offset our bot going to Lima. I see that kits are provided. What can we bring?

We supply everything needed to build a car. Drill presses, bench sanders, lube (graphite), 15 min. krylon. You can bring your own paint, basic hand tools, hand drills to clamp to the table to polish axles/wheels, etc... Let me know if you, or anyone, needs a set of rules.
Hope to see you there.

Well, the third annual Pinewood Wars has come and gone, with it, all the hardware too. Seven teams of two competed for the trophies and the coveted bragging rights of being the champions of the... Pinewood WarsBarga Kids Racing finished first, Slow and Steady Racing finished second, Solo Pair Racing finished third, and my team, Axle Blasters finished 4th (just out of hardware). We came from 6th to 4th after the 4th round. We were losing ground fast when we decided to turn our car around and race backwards At least I beat my old rival ;D Now I have to start working on my new one (Bob) What a great time!!! Thanks for all that came to our build and race day. I hope more of you guys can make it to our next Summer Shootout and the 4th annual Pinewood Wars.
