;DYes! Even though the track was really horrible I managed to get 4 good runs in and take first place in the Dad's Class. I built a car I called Chop Sticks because that is what it looked like when I got done building it.
I think it ran well on the poor track due to the COM being set to the extreme and rail riding.
It was my first attempt at RR and Canting. I bent the axles for the canting and RR. This proved to be my undoing. I took it to the Council race and came in second after slamming into the end of the track after each race, then being slammed by another car. Finally the front wheel came off and I was able to fix the car and it ran fast again but the damage was done.
Lesson learned. RR works well. Extreme COM works well. Canting works well but next time I will do it with the axle holes and not the axles.
