The latest for our family. My son's is the all red in the front. Mine has the stripe. I just thought it would be fun to cut a hole in the car. I think it turned out pretty good.
My son had always done some sort of hot rod, but this year he wanted a design all for speed. He won the pack so he was really happy.
The funny thing about my design was when the car hit the bottom (flat part) of the track the back end kind of a fish tailed a little. Not really sure why. Maybe the CG was too far forward.

I might as well post our 2012 cars. My daughter had the mouse car with Cat Woman driver and my son had the silver car with the skull. I had the blue and white car. It was suppose to resemble a 40's race car or one of those old land speed record cars. I really don't care much for it. I think it looks like a mutated dolphin or shark. At least it was fast. Hi Flashawn, Thanks for posting! Looking good! That blue and white car is very impressive in terms of originality! The red car with the white stripes reminds of a Shelby Cobra. Murph

They all look really cool ... Yes it is a great family thing to do as well ... we have spent the last two week getting our basement cleared and work benches set up. We will be building a wood track for our family race nights... The goal is to get into League racing as well .. One day maybe the kids will join it ....

PWD Racing can be lots of fun! I am back in Chattanooga this weekend with the family and my Son and I are working on his car. What is funny is that all the tools are sitting in my temporary apartment in South Beloit, WI! We should be able to put something together that will run! Will post picture when done! Murph
