WoW, this is going to be a game changer! The B.S.A. just added Krytox 100 Racing oil to their offerings for the 2013/14 Pinewood Derby Season in all of their stores. I am told that the requests for a racing oil have been numerous over the past few seasons and with many schools where the derby's are held limiting graphite use, setting up lubing stations or not permitting re-lubing in the building, they believe a light / clean oil to be a great alternative. For those who have not used a Racing Oil like Krytox 100, there is no mess at all, 1 to 2 small drops on the axle during assembly is all that is needed (no special techniques like Nye oil) for excellent performance and it will hold up for DOZENS of runs as where graphite breaks down and starts to slow after a dozen runs. PLUS no more messy paint jobs from graphite and no more messy track clean up for the parents or school. www.scoutstuff.org/bsa/crafts/pinewood-derby/accessories/lubricant-pwd-krytox.html
