What kind of metal did you use in the bottom and did you base the shape of the car around the metal or grind the metal to fit the car?

I assume that you can only run on the newer aluminum tracks that don't have a full raised center rail like the Piantedosi. Have you been able to run elsewhere?

The car was designed for the best track it sets down inside the center guide... It will not run on a standard track with the guide rail 1/4" x 1 5/8" all the way across...
