Mojo, cool car. One question though. What method do you use to round the edges off? Is it a router and bit? If so, what size? That is what we are l;ooking to do to our car this year and weren't sure what size bit touse to round it off.

That is what we are l;ooking to do to our car this year and weren't sure what size bit touse to round it off. The final shaping on the body of that car was done with a dremel. I used a small sanding drum to round the edges. Use larger tools to remove bulk (band saw or belt sander) - fine-tune shape with the dremel - then finish smoothing with sandpaper. Hope this helps
