I wanted to know what drill bit size you guys use for the Derby Worx axles. I have just started using the Derby Work wheels and the axles that come with them seem great. They look just like the Speed Axles at Maximum Velocity. maximum-velocity.com/speedaxles.htmThe problem I am having is they seem very tight when I put them in. I am using a normal #44 drill bit. They are so tight that I even bent one putting in or pulling it out. Not sure Thanks for the help. I thought this was normal, but the more I read other posts about glueing the axle in, I know something must be wrong.

We really haven't had any problems using the #44 with the Pro Body Tool. I have heard some people talk about the newer BSA blocks being very hard, but if you like you can go to a #43 which is .003" larger and should help ease installation.

Thanks, I will give the #43 a try.
