Does anyone know how to Post Quicktime?

I would love to figure out how to post Quicktime Video to my Web Site or to the Boards, anyone have any experience here? I am using Front Page at the moment.
Quicktime for watching races is far superior to Windows Media Player mainly because you can go through it frame by frame using your mouse, I love it! If I do get Sanctioned for a WIRL Race Later This Summer it will be done in Quicktime! So this is a must to learn!

What web software are you using? Should upload the same as a mpeg.

I am using frontpage, I have gotten it to work but only as a pop up that keeps repeating. I want a system like WIRL where you can click a link and bring it up in an alternate window to watch. ADDR.com is so unprofessional, they are taking forever and not even working on my site!
